If you have specific labor questions or need assistance in-laws that are solely for your business, we can refer you to an outside HR Service Company. As long as you process payroll regularly, we assume all responsibility in filling four quarters for the calendar year and processing and paying all your payroll taxes on your behalf. If, for any reason, you stop using our services will assume you’ve made other arrangements, Payroll Plus will not be responsible for penalties for not filing quarterly reports promptly with the IRS/EDD.
